You are using various yoga props in each class and with detailed cues in the style of BKS Iyengar you align your body, center your mind and enhance the perception of your inner and outer physical structure. I end each class with a sound bath that rewires your brain to imprint the new structures.
My group classes are for you, if you like to build confidence, release tension and cultivate calm in an intimate setting as I teach in small circles. I end each class with a short sound bath to settle the vibrational energies of our movements in the physical body.
My 1:1 private yoga therapy is tailor made for your physical and mental needs which we explore in our first session. During our sessions I am tuning into your field and intuitively choose asanas to help you build strength and regulate your nervous system. I am trained to work with any levels, ages and conditions.
